Are you able to help as a scribe for the Sharing Tree tags? People interested in taking a gift for those in need will be asked to write down their information so we know which tags go where. Can you spare some time around mass to help this process go smoothly?
Ideally, it helps to have at least 4 volunteers at each Mass (except 7:30 am – 2 or 3 should be sufficient). You will help to make sure that when tags are taken, the information gets recorded in the log books. If parishioners don’t want to take the time to do it themselves, each volunteer will have a clipboard to capture the information, then transfer it to the log books when the crowd dissipates. They also need to replenish tags on the trees. It is helpful for volunteers to arrive early for Mass – the helpers from the previous Mass will have replenished tags, but many are taken as people arrive for Mass.
Volunteers needed for the following masses:
Weekend of Nov. 11 & 12: 3 @ 5PM, 1 or 2 @ 7:30AM, 1 @ 9AM, 2 or 3 @ 11AM
Weekend of Nov. 18 & 19: 3 @ 5PM, 1 or 2 @ 7:30AM, 1 @ 9AM, 3 or 4 @ 11AM
Weekend of Nov. 25 & 26: 3 @ 5PM, 1 @ 9AM, 2 or 3 @ 11AM.
We will also need 2 or 3 on Thanksgiving Day – Mass is at 10AM.
