The purpose of the Outreach Collection is to collect proceeds for several charitable organizations. The parish began making donations in support of those in need following the first quarterly collection in September, 2003. Since then, collections have been held four times each year. Thanks to the generosity of our parishioners, we have been able to donate thousands of dollars to charitable organizations such as Catholic Charities, Genesis House, Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Jubilee Kitchen, Light of Life Mission, Michael’s Place, and more! Volunteers are needed not only to donate, but to help collect donations at each quarterly collection.
